Rainbow Dynamics Single-Deep RackBot™

The Rainbow Dynamics Single-Deep RackBot™ is a goods-to-person automated storage and retrieval system built for fast, accurate tote handling. Rather than requiring employees to travel through storage aisles to locate inventory, RackBot retrieves totes from the storage system and delivers them directly to the picker.

In the Single-Deep configuration, every tote is stored in a directly accessible position. This layout prioritizes retrieval speed, making it particularly useful for high-SKU fulfillment operations where rapid access to a large assortment of inventory is important. Rainbow Dynamics describes Single-Deep as its standard RackBot configuration and identifies high-SKU e-commerce fulfillment in standard ambient facilities as an ideal application.

Each robot is rated for up to 150 totes per hour with a 3-second tote fetch time. The system can operate at heights up to 8.5 meters and handle payloads of up to 30 kg, combining vertical storage utilization with automated goods-to-person fulfillment.
